Due to the unique properties of natural crystals, minor inclusions such as internal cracks, cotton-like patterns, or color variations are normal and part of their organic beauty.
Important Notes About Natural Crystals
Natural Imperfections:
As crystals are sourced directly from nature, no two pieces are identical. The presence of small cracks, inclusions, or cloudy textures does not indicate a defect but highlights their authenticity and natural formation.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Crystal bracelets or jewelry items showing small internal cracks, inclusions (cotton-like threads), or slight color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
- How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@nlcrystal.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Our customer care team will provide a return authorization and further instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs:
